ATLANTA - The Atlanta Braves announced today that they declined to tender 2007 contract offers to second baseman Marcus Giles and right-handed pitcher Chris Reitsma by tonight's (Dec. 12) deadline. Both players are now free to negotiate with any of the 30 Major League teams.
