View Article  Technical Difficulties...Please Stand By

As we gear up for Opening Day on Sunday, we will be moving files, shifting documents, sorting pictures and moving all kinds of stuff around the site. You may encounter errors and delays from time to time over the next few days, but don’t worry. This is all being done to enhance our production and performance for the brand new baseball season.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I promise everything will be back up to speed very soon.

Thanks!

View Article  Ridiculous Quote of the Day

To continue the Matt Garza story, here’s one of the more ridiculous quotes of the day courtesy of Twins manager Ron Gardenhire (in reference to Garza):

“You have to be able to locate all of your pitches, besides your fastball. You can survive in spring training into six or seven innings with your fastball. You can't do that in the big leagues. He'll mature out there after a couple of weeks."

Ok, so he’s not mature enough today, but after pitching 2 or 3 games at AAA, he’ll be mature? Unbelievable. Just unbelievable.
