According to the latest notification from our Cleveland media friend Bart Swain, the Indians will conduct a press conference on Thursday, April 10 at 3PM ET at Progressive Field. Mark Shapiro, Chris Antonetti and a member of the club’s 25-man roster will be on hand tomorrow at 3PM. Hmmm...this sounds like a signing to me. I haven't heard any rumors recently. Could it be a long term deal for CC?

I would hope so for the organization, but it seemed clear from the message on his website before the season began that he had stopped negotiating. Maybe with the two poor starts he's had so far, he wanted to have it done and over with.....pure speculation.....
