Bowden reportedly is not injured and the move was done to the Sea Dogs could activate fellow starter Dustin Richardson. The New Hampshire Union Leader reports Bowden, Boston's seventh-ranked prospect by Baseball America, will be promoted to Triple-A Pawtucket following the Eastern League All-Star Game on Wednesday.
